油菜花粉多糖的制备及其对荷瘤小鼠的影响 被引量:29

摘要 本文以油菜蜂花粉为原料提取制备油菜花粉多糖(RPP),采用动物抑制性肿瘤法,以环磷酰胺为对照,观察RPP的抑瘤作用,并对其抗氧化作用与抗肿瘤作用的相关性进行研究。结果表明RPP对荷瘤小鼠肿瘤生长有明显抑制作用,剂量组200mg/kg·d抑瘤率高达51.26%;RPP可以明显增加荷瘤小鼠血清SOD、GSH-Px活性,降低荷瘤小鼠血清LDH活性、MDA含量,由此可见,RPP可通过增强机体抗氧化能力而抑制肿瘤生长。 Preparation of rape pollen polysaccharide (RPP) in rape bee-pollen was studied in this paper. Through transplantable animal tumor, the anti-tumor effect of RPP and the relationship between anti-tumor and antioxidant effect were investigated in comparison with Cy. The results showed that RPP could significantly inhibit the growth of tumor, and the inhibition rate of 200mg/ kg · d dosage group was 51.26%. RPP could remarkably increase SOD and GSH-Px activity, decrease LDH activity and MDA content in serum. The anti-tumor effect of RPP might be due to enhancing its antioxidant capacity in tumor-beating mice.
