摘要
目的 分析住院患者护理需求及满意度的相关影响因素。方法 选取综合性医院住院患者200例,发放调查问卷, 回收有效问卷191份,对相关数据进行分析。结果 住院患者的需求范围广泛;年龄与所在科室对住院患者对生理舒适方面 的需求有影响;住院患者对护理工作的总体满意度较高;不同科室的住院患者对家属陪伴需求方面的满意度不同;自理程度 与住院患者多方面的满意度有关;住院患者的满意度与护理需求的排序基本一致。结论 护理工作需要满足患者各方面的 需求,以促进其全面康复。
Objective To assess the inpatients＇ needs and satisfactions to nursing care in a general hospital. Method This is a descriptive study in which 200 inpatients in a general hospitals were investigated. Results The inpatients were in needs of much more nursing care and inpatients＇ physiological needs related to patient＇s age and wards they stayed in. The inpatients＇ need for family members＇ accompany was different in different wards. The self-care ability of inpatients related to their satisfaction with nursing care. The inpatients＇ satisfaction with different items related to the items of nursing care requirements. Conclusion The findings suggest that nurses meet patients＇ different health needs to promote their holistic health.
