摘要
借助膛内存在的包含气流对身管摩擦和传热的不稳定准一维流,以及复合材料身管管壁内的径向热传导关系,运用MacCormack有限差分格式,计算了武器连发时对流传热引起的复合材料身管膛壁的峰值温度和整个复合材料身管的温度场,并由此估算因热原因引起的复合材料身管的烧蚀量,从而进一步预测其寿命。并且结合了多个设计方案对复合材料身管的烧蚀和寿命预测进行了对比研究,为复合材料身管的综合设计提供了重要的参考价值。
The wall wear and service life of the composite tube caused by the heat mechanism were estimated using the MacCormack finite difference method. Based on the model of an unsteady quasi-one dimensional flow in the composite tube, the mathematical expressions of the friction and heat transfer between gas and tube and radial heat conduction inside the tube were established. Therefore, the temperature distribution along the wall and the heat loss through the tube were calculated. Corresponding numerical results for several representative tube models were also presented. The conclusions offer scientific basis for the rational and effective choice of material.
