摘要
根据SDS型加弹机大修十多年的实践,提出了适应加弹机特点的大修的组织方法,包括运用“项目法”和“网络法”管理原理的大修统一管理组织结构和“点、线、面”相结合的现场施工组织体系。这种体系已在多次停工大修中取得成功,是安全、优质、高效、经济的一种维修策略。
According to the practice of overhauling of SDS type DTY machines past 10 years, the DTY machines major overhauling management including managing organisation of “project” and “network” as well as operation structure of “point, line and surface” were introduced, the managing system was succeeded in the overhauling and was also a way of top quality, high efficiency and economy.
