摘要
针对注塑件壁厚优化问题,应用注射过程流动模拟软件HSCAE 3DRF5.1及三维实体造型软件Pro/E2000i,以计算机显示器底座注塑件为实例研究对象,分析其注塑成型工艺参数,运用正交试验法设计模拟方案,进行壁厚优化,确定它的最佳壁厚成型范围及最小壁厚值。
For the wall-thickness optimization problem in injection molding process, monitor pedestals were regarded as the study object based on the simulation software of filling flow-HSCAE 3DRF5. 1 and the three-dimensional modeling software Pro/E2000i. The technical parameters were analysed in injection molding process. The orthogonal-test method was applied to design the simulation scheme in order to optimize wall-thickness of monitor pedestals. The optimized scopes as well as the minimum value of wall-thickness of injection-molding were determined.
