摘要
介绍了Pro/E中Plastic Advisor分析软件在注射模设计过程中的作用,以及采用PlasticAdvisor分析软件进行注塑模流道系统设计方案的评估优化的方法。在理论分析和计算的基础上,利用Plastic Advisor分析软件通过优化浇口位置和合理地配置工艺参数,将壁较厚的PP-R管件的熔接痕减到最小,为提高PP-R管件的模具质量提供可靠的技术保证。
The application of the analytic software of Plastic Advisor of Pro/E in the design process of injection mold and the evaluating and optimizing method of using it for the design of runner system are introduced through examples. On the basis of theoretic analysis and calculation, through optimizing the position of gate and reasonably configuring technical parameters with the help of Plastic Advisor,the seam of PP-R fitting with thick walls will be reduced to the least,thus providing rei,able technical assurance for improving the quality of PP-R fitting molds.
