Japan's Social Security System and Its Enlightenment to China

日本的社会保障制度在缓和社会矛盾。保持经济增长中发挥了重要作用。文章通过对日本社会保障制度的考察，分析了其得以迅速建立和完善的诸多有利条件和现在所面临的问题，比如：人口老龄化加速、经济增长减速、企业雇佣结构和家庭结构的变化等，并结合我国社会保障制度的现状和特点，提出尽快建立适合我国国情和经济发展水平的社会保障制度的七点建议。

Abstract Japan's social security system has played an important role in buffering social conrtadictionsand keeping econom c growth. c growth. By mvestigating Japan's social security system, the author the author ana lyzes in this paper many favorable conditions for its rapid establishment and perfection as well as its current problems such as the swift increase of aged population, the slowing down of econmic development, the changes in the structure of changes in the structure of business employment and family construclion. Based on the conditions and features of China's social security system, the author gives out seven sug gestions for making it more suitable for China's national circumstances and economicdevelopment.
