摘要
构建和谐社会需要管理创新。“和合”是中华民族独创的思想文化,是中国传统管理思想的精髓,也是我们今天创新发展管理科学、构建和谐社会的宝贵精神营养。和合管理是基于中国传统和合管理的升华。今天风靡西方的“蓝海战略”,以淡化竞争、倡导合作共赢而热烈反响于世。“蓝海战略”的对于效用、成本、价格之价值创新整合,与和合管理有着许多相通相联之处,对二者进行比较研究,有重要的理论和现实意义。
As the core of the Chinese traditional management thought, Harmonious Management (HM) emphasizes the importance of a high level cooperating relationship between enterprises, which is characterized by honesty, respect of promise, purehearted communication and kind desires to the cooperator, etc. One of the most important objectives of HM is to lead an enterprise to a win-win game in the commercial environment with severity competitive. Recently, a new theory named as Blue Sea Strategies (BSS) is developed in western management theory. It is as similar as HM. According to BSS, an enterprise should try to minimize the market competitive and to create an ideal market without competitive. Therefore, the development of an enterprise will be guaran- teed by the return of creating some valuable products or services to its target market. But how to realize this objective, this paper suggests that one of the best ways is to apply the HM conception in enterprise management practice. It is also a better way to the modernization of the management science and reflect the vitality of Chinese style management.
