简析冷战后美国的亚太经济战略

Brief Analysis on American Economic Strategy for Asia and the Pacific after Cold War

冷战以后，美国政府根据世界经济形势的变化，对美国的全球经济战略进行了大幅度的调整。其中最主要的就是将美国的区域经济战略重心由西欧向业太转移，将亚太地区作为冷战后谋求海外经贸利益的主战场。我国对此必须有足够的认识。我们应充分利用冷战后有利的国际环境，顺应经济国际化、一体化和集团化潮流，积极参与亚太经济合作，努力发展同亚太各国（包括美国）的经贸关系，尽快地把经济搞上去。

Abstract After the cold war, American Government revises global economic strategy of America ac cording to the change of economic situation of the world. The most important purpose of this ac tion is to transfer the regional economic strategy of America from Western Europe to Asia and the Pacific, The Government takes the Asian and Pacific regions as the main marketplace for seeking overseas economic and trade benefit after the cold war. Thus, our government should realize this sufficiently. We should make full use of the international circumstances after the cold war in order to conform the tendency of economic internationalization, unitization and collectiviza tion, and also we should take an active part in economic cooperation of Asia and the Pacific, we should make our efforts to develop economic and trade relationships with the countries of Asia and the Pacific (including America) for the purpose of making our economy better.
