由方案投标引发思考,从“广义建筑与‘适用、经济、美观’”、“地域文化与‘适用、经济、美观’”、“‘建筑美’和‘建筑形式美’”三方面对新时期建筑的基本原则———“适用、经济、美观”的新内涵进行阐述,并提出几点建议。

Starting with a bid of planning,from the three aspects—generalized architecture, regional culture and beauty of architecture, it was discussed that the new contents in new period for the basic principle of architecture—“utility, economy and beauty”, then several proposals were put forward.
