摘要
减温减压器是蒸汽排汽系统中的一个关键设备,简单介绍了减温减压器的结构特点和工作原理,根据减温减压器的动态特性,建立了由蒸汽容积环节和阻力环节串联所构成的减温减压器级的物理模型,经过一定的热动力学假设,采用集总参数方法建立了减温减压器的动态数学模型,并从简化其仿真模型及模型通用性角度出发,将减温减压器按容积环节与阻力环节进行模块化建模。
The pressure reducer and attemperator is the key device in the steam exhaust system. In this dissertation, the structure character and principle of the pressure reducer and attemperator was introduced, based on its dynamic characteristic, the physical model made up from steam volume link and resistance link of was established. Some hypothesizes about dynamic thermal system are proceeded, and its dynamic mathematical model was established using uniform parameters method, according to the volume link and resistance link ,the mathematical model was established based on modularization for its universality and the simplified simulation model.
