摘要
以旋转流变仪对SBS、SBS-g-M接枝物共混改性沥青的粘弹性动态力学性能进行研究,考察了不同改性剂用量对改性沥青高温性能的影响。研究表明:与常规SBS改性沥青相比,SBS-g-M的加入显著提高了改性沥青的复合模量、降低了其损耗因子,而且随着改性剂用量的增加,改性沥青的高温性能随之提高、温度敏感性显著减弱。同时,以荧光显微照片对比研究了SBS、SBS-g-M接枝物改性沥青分散性能的差别,结果表明SBS-g-M聚合物相在改性沥青中分散更细,更均匀。
Dynamic mechanical properties of SBS-g-M modified asphalt were studied by use of gyro rheometer. With the addition of SBS, the elasticity of SBS modified asphalt increased and the temperature susceptibility of asphaltic material decreased significantly. The amounts of grafted-SBS had great effect on the dynamic mechanical properties of SBS modified asphalt . The complex modulus of modified binders increased with the increase of content of SBS-g-M, and the tan δ to be reduced. And SBS phase microstructure in asphalt was observed more refined and evenly distributed by fluorescence microscope.
