摘要
为更合理地控制SBS与沥青的共混过程,本文用落射荧光显微镜对SBS与沥青的共混过程进行连续观测并对共混物进行试验分析,其间,SBS的微观分散状态及形态结构发生了一系列的变化,共混物的试验指标如软化点、粘度、延度也相应发生了一定的变化。鉴于这种微观分散状态与宏观力学性能之间的对应关系,可以将改性沥青微观分散性分析应用于改性沥青生产领域,为改性沥青的在线质量控制提供简便易行的检测方法。
To optimize the mixing process of SBS and asphalt, fluorescent optical microscope was used in observing the mixing process continuously and the mixture was analysised by experimentation.In the mixing process, the micro-disperse state and microstructure of SBS changed greatly, the softening point, viscosity, ductility of the mixture were also changed correspondingly. Based on the relationship between the micro-disperse and macro-proformance, the micro-disperse state analysis of SBS modified asphalt could be used conveniently in on-line quality control of modified asphalt in production field.
