摘要
针对烟草行业糖料配置系统的精度和可靠性问题,在分析了故障诊断基本方法的基础上,应用了故障分级诊断的思想,提出了四种适用的数学模型,并使用VC++6.0开发工具开发了基于糖料自动配置系统的故障诊断专家系统。应用结果表明,该系统能够实现历史和实时数据自动导入、故障初级诊断、精密诊断和自学习,能够满足故障诊断的可靠性和精确性的要求。
Aiming at the precision and reliability problems in tobacco industry, based on basic fault diagnosis methods, the classification ideology of fault diagnosis is applied, four math models in point are put forward, and a fault diagnosis expert system based on sugar auto-blend system is developed by VC++ 6.0 tool. The application result is that this system can realize history and real-time data auto introduction, primary fault diagnosis, exact fault diagnosis, and self-study functions, and can meet reliability and precision desire of fault diagnosis.
