The Improvement on Refine of O,O-diethyl Thiophosphoryl Chloride

以五硫化二磷为原材料,在催化剂吡啶存在下,与无水乙醇反应合成乙基硫化物,再与氯气反应,得到O,O-二乙基硫代磷酰氯粗品。该粗品通过精制工艺的改进,采用硫化钠和氢氧化钠的混合物进行处理,得到纯度≥99%的O,O-二乙基硫代磷酰氯。

The phosphorus pentasulfide reacted with absolute alcohol in the existing of pyridine, then the chlorine was added. The mixture was refined by sodium sulfide and sodium hydroxide to afford an O,O-diethyl thiophosphoryl chloride at a purity of 99%.
