摘要
河南姚孟电厂技改项目需要将1#、2#炉尾部六联体除尘器筒仓群及烟道、吊架进行拆除。通过对爆区环境进行调查和实地勘测,对建构筑物的结构特点进行研究,爆破拆除方案采用了预切缝分离筒仓群和烟道,使其成为相对独立的结构,采用毫秒微差延期爆破技术,使独立的各个除尘器、烟道、吊架实现不同方向的定向倒塌。文中叙述了爆破设计方案、爆破参数和缺口高度的确定、起爆网路的设计与施工、爆破防护及爆破安全验算。
In the reconstruction of Henan Yaomeng Power Plant a set of dedusters and some auxiliary facilities,including flues and hangers located in the rear of furnace No. 1 & No.2, had to be demolished by blasting.After careful study on project characteristic, actual investigation and survey on site condition, the dedusters were determined to be divided into independent units in order to achieve directional collapse by using millisecond delay blasting method. This paper introduces the blasting design, blasting parameter, cut height determination, blasting ignition net design & construction as well as blasting protection and safety calculation.
