南京长江大桥管理处铁路职工生命质量状况评价

Estimate of the Life Quality to Railway Workers in Administer Department of Yangtse River Great Bridge

目的了解长江大桥铁路职工的生命质量现状及其主要影响因素,为提出改善和防治措施提供依据。方法采用中文版健康调查量表SF-36对不同性别、职业、年龄、工龄职工的生命质量进行测量和评价。结果女性生命质量状况好于男性,旅游公司铁路职工生命质量状况优于管理处,随年龄增长、工龄增加,生命质量呈下降趋势。结论生命质量的影响因素较多,性别、职业、年龄、工龄等都是不可忽视的方面。

Objective： To know and estimate the life quality of workers in sex, occupation, age and serviced- length of railway workers of Yangtse River Great Bridge. Methods： Life quality of workers who have investigated to its department of administer and tour by Medical Outcomes Study Short-form 36 （MOS SF-36）. Results： The life quality of women preceded the men, and workers of touring corporation was better than department of administer, and that declined as age and length of service. Conclusion： There are many influential factors to the Quality of Life, including sex, occupation, age, length of service, and so on.
