摘要
文章通过对某省中4个县的县乡级别的医疗机构患者进行调查,了解就诊患者评价不同级别医疗机构的医疗服务中非技术因素方面的看法;针对这些有关看法提出相应的建议及对策,以便我国农村医疗机构为患者提供更好、更优质的医疗服务提供理论参考。
Through surveying the county township patients of 4 counties in some Province, understand the patient's view of the non technological factor in the medical service qualitywhen appraising different ranks hospitals, Put forward corresponding suggestion and countermeasure to these relevant views, offer the theory for the rural hospitals to provide the patients with more high-quality medical service.
