Nursing of Alveolar Cleft Treating Through Autogenous Cancellous Bone Graft

目的总结36例唇腭裂修补术后残留牙槽嵴裂患者进行植骨治疗的护理经验。方法对36例牙槽嵴裂植骨术患者在术前、术后进行相应的护理。结果术后部分患者出现并发症,经相应的对症治疗和护理后,除1例外均痊愈。结论正确有效的护理措施是牙槽嵴裂植骨术得以成功的重要保证。

Objective To summarize the nursing care of 36 cases of lip and palate cleft who had received the treatment of alveolar cleft by autogenous cancellous hone graft. Methods 36 cases of alveolar cleft patients were provided with correspondent nursing care preoperatively and postoperatively. Results Some cases caused postoperative complications. All of them but one had recovered after receiving the correspondent treatment and nursing care. Conclusions The successful rate of the treatment of alveolar cleft by autogenous cancellous bone graft is related with the exact and effective nursing care.
