摘要
目的探讨新生儿管饲术的护理特点及效果。方法总结152例新生儿管饲术的护理体会。结果无1例出现并发症。结论选择高质量的硅胶管及合适的管饲方式、娴熟的插管技术、管饲过程精心护理、细致的病情观察是护理的重要内容。
Objective To explore the feature and effects of nursing on gavage in neonate. Methods Summarized the nursing experience of gavages in 152 neonatus. Results None of them suffered complications. Conclusions The important contents of the nursing include high-quality silica-gel tube, proper gavage quomodo, skillful technique of inserting tubes, careful nursing and observation during gavage.
