摘要
通过Aspen-Plus工具,采用合成动力学方程对甲醇合成流程进行了全流程模拟,分析了模拟计算结果。从循环气量、合成压力、冷却水温、合成塔进口温度、合成塔结构、催化剂装填量等方面论述了操作条件和反应器尺寸的变化对合成回路的影响。
Total flow process analog was made for methanol synthesis process through Aspen tool and by using synthesis dynamics equation, analog calculation result was analyzed. Efficiency of change in operating conditions and reactor size on the synthetic loop was discussed through aspects of cycling gas quantity, synthetic pressure, cooling water temperature, converter inlet temperature, converter structure and catalyst filling quantity etc.
