压力试验时薄壁球形容器模糊静强度的可靠度

摘要 应用模糊可靠性设计理论,论述了容器静强度的模糊性和载荷的随机性,在最苛刻的压力试验条件下,讨论了其静强度的模糊可靠度,得到了最苛刻试验条件下常规设计可接受的薄壁球形容器的初始静强度模糊可靠度范围,为压力容器的模糊可靠性设计从理论到实用提供了参考依据。 Using blurring reliability design theory, the blurring attribute of static strength of vessel and the random attribute of loads were discussed, under the most severe pressure conditions the blurring reliability of static strength was also discussed, the blurring reliability range of initial static strength was obtained for thin wall spherical vessel accepted by custom design under the most severe test conditions, reference basis was provided for blurring reliability design from theory to practice.
