摘要
在依靠原有流程,充分利用原塔外换热器的原则下,通过改造方案的对比,选用JW均温型甲醇塔内件对原轴径向甲醇塔进行了改造。对改造后运行效果进行了总结,结果表明,CO转化率从92%提高到96%,甲醇日产量可达65 t。
Based on the original process, and under the fully using the principle of heat exchanger outside the original converter, through comparison with reformation schemes, JW uniform temperature type of methanol converter internal was selected to have reformed the original axial & radial flow methanol converter. Summarization was made for operating effect after reformation, result indicates that the co-conversion rate is increased from 92% to 96%, methanol productivity can reach to 65 t per day.
