摘要
介绍了一种包装薄膜正确定位的新装置。该装置由检测单元对包装薄膜的位置偏差进行检测,由控制单元对位置偏差进行运算,再由步进电机纠正薄膜位置偏差。机器运行时由纠偏装置调整包装薄膜前后位置,实现纵向纠偏,使包装薄膜精确定位。
A new system for correct positioning of packing film was introduced, the deviation of film position was detected by a detecting unit, computed by a control unit, then corrected via a stepping motor. The longitudinal position of the film was regulated by the registration system while machine running, so as to maintain the packing film in position accurately.
