中国蚕茧的管制价格水平研究

Study on the Regulated Price Level of Chinese Cocoons

通过对我国蚕茧基准价与实际收购价,以及目前仍然实行管制的山东、四川、重庆和广东等省(市)的蚕茧收购价与蚕茧市场已经放开的广西蚕茧收购价的比较分析,得出了长期以来我国政府发布的蚕茧基准价对于蚕业生产的指导意义已越来越弱,我国政府对蚕茧的管制价格仍然是一种限制价格的结论。

Through the comparison between the base price and the real purchasing price of cocoon, the comparison between the regulated cocoon purchasing price of Shandong, Sichuan, Chongqing, Guangdong, Zhejiang,Jiangsu and the deregulated cocoon purchasing price of Guangxi, we had come to conclusion that the guiding significance of the cocoon base price which Chinese government released had got weaker and weaker for sericuhure production; and the regulation price on cocoons which government remains was the ceiling price.
