转基因家蚕实验用材料蚕的冷藏期限 被引量:2

摘要 为了适应转基因家蚕研究对实验用蚕卵的随时需求,探讨了蚕蛹、蚕蛾耐冷藏期限问题。研究结果发现,蚕蛾羽化后用4℃温度冷藏4 d以内,仍然有能交配和产卵的蚕蛾,获得生长发育正常的蚕卵;蚕蛹冷藏期限在12 d之内,对蚕蛾的交配能力及雌蛾产卵能力影响不大;冷藏期限13-20d,蚕蛾交配能力和雌蛾产卵能力逐渐下降,但如果有足够数量的蚕蛹,仍然能够获得能交配和产卵的蚕蛾, 获得生长发育正常的蚕卵。 Time limit of silkworm Bombyx morl cold storage was mvesugateu to meet demand of silkworm eggs at any time for transgenic research. Results showed that fairly many of silkworm moths freshly emerged and preserved at 4℃ within 4 days could mate and lay eggs which can develop normally; There was no significant change if silkworm pupae were cold stored within 12 days and was a gradually weaken if being from 13 days to 20 days in mating and egg-laying of silkworm moths. But normal eggs were still available if having enough pupae.
