摘要 普通合金铸铁轧辊硬度低、耐磨性差;硬质合金轧辊尽管具有优异的耐磨性,但成本高,且脆性大,使用中易开裂和剥落.采用离心铸造方法,开发了耐磨性能优良的原位合成颗粒增强钢基复合材料轧辊,并着重解决了离心铸造复合材料轧辊生产过程中易偏析和产生裂纹的难题.原位合成颗粒增强钢基复合材料轧辊硬度(HRC)达66~68,辊面硬度(HRC)差小于2,冲击韧性大于18 J/cm2.用于高速线材轧机预精轧机机组,使用寿命比合金铸铁轧辊提高8~10倍,接近硬质合金轧辊水平. The usual alloy cast iron roll has low hardness and poor abrasion resistance, but the hard alloy roll with good abrasion resistance has high production cost and large brittleness, so an in - situ synthesized particulate reinforced ferrous matrix composites roll having high abrasion resistance was developed by means of centrifugal casting technique. The main problems for producing ferrous matrix composites roll, such as segregation and crackle, were solved. Its hardness is 66 ~ 68HRC and the hardness balance on the roll surface is smaller than 2HRC, its impact toughness is over 18 J/cm^2. Used in the pre - presision roiling machine group of high speed wire rod mill, the developed roll has 8 ~10 times longer service life than that of alloy cast iron roll, nears hard alloy roll.
