血清TSGF、CA125与CEA联合测定对卵巢癌的早期诊断价值

Values of Serum TSGF、 CA125 and CEA Determination in Early Diagnosis of Ovarian Cancer

探讨肿瘤相关物质(TSGF)、糖类抗原125(CA125)及CEA联合测定在卵巢癌早期诊断中的应用价值。对 85例卵巢癌组、54例良性肿瘤组患者及76名对照组分别检测TSGF、CA125和CEA。结果显示:卵巢癌组与良 性肿瘤组和对照组相比,三项标志物的血清含量有显著性差异(P<0．05)。检测阳性率、敏感性、特异性、准确 度、阳性预测值和阴性预测值六个方面,联合检测均优于单项检测,提示血清TSGF、CA125与CEA联合测定对 卵巢癌的早、中期诊断具有一定应用价值。

To investigate levels of TSGF,CA125 and CEA as a panel for early diagnosis of overian cancer,the levels of three tumor markers（TSGF,CA125 and CEA） in serum were determined in 85 patients with ovarian cancer, 54 patients with benign tumor and 76 healthy control. The results showed that the levels of three tumor markers in ovarian cancer patients were significantly higher than those in benign tumor patients and controls（P〈0.05）. Combined detection of the three markers may greatly improve the diagnostic accuracy of overian cancer.
