摘要 用β-环糊精(-βCD)和顺丁烯二酸酐反应,制备双(六-O-丁烯二酸单酯)--βCD。-βCD进行C C双键修饰后,母体的空腔大小、分子形状及极性发生了变化。将该衍生物制成手性固定相,用于研究有关色谱性能。结果表明,此固定相对许多异构体均有满意的拆分效果,显示出较强的立体选择性。 Bis(6-O-butene diacid ester)-β-cyclodextrin polarity were changed after modified by C=C double W AW as chiral stationary phase. The chromatographi by investigating the retention behavior and separations cyclodextrin derivative shows a good chromatograp enantlomers. has been synthesized and its cavum, figure and bonds. The derivative was coated on Chromosorb c property of the stationary phase was evaluated of a series of compounds. It was found that the hie property for some positional isomers and
