Sensitive and Selective Method for the Determination of Degradation Sugars in Food

本文使用岛津公司开发的,以精氨酸为衍生剂的降解糖柱后衍生荧光检测系统,并选择配位体交换色谱法为分离手段,获得了6种降解糖的线性关系和检出限。本法重现性较好。利用该法测定了酱菜汁中的各种糖组分的含量,分析结果满意。

A post-column derivatization system and ligand exchange mode were used for the sensitive and selective determination of degradation sugars in food. The linearity, of detection （LOD） and repeatability of six sugars have been evaluated. This method has been used for the determination of degradation sugars in pickles juice with satisfactory results.
