摘要
分析喀麦隆电力市场的结构,指出目前制约喀麦隆国家电力市场的因素,提出解决喀麦隆电力市场危机的途径。
Since 2002, Cameroon has suffered from intense and repeated electricity shortages, in spite of its impressive hydro-electricity potential. This deterioration of power supply coincides with the privatization of Cameroon＇s sole electricity supply Company SONEL, which was taken over in 2001 by American power company AES Corporation. The important factors in explaining the power shortages are introduced in this paper, followed by the analysis of various options considered for addressing the predicted shortfall.
