摘要 从被原油污染的土壤、排污口旁的土壤以及原油处理厂处理后的排除水中,筛选出3株烃类高效降解菌,将菌液混合后加入到含油污泥中,并加入木屑和稻草作为调理剂和膨胀剂,鸡粪作为氮源,在强制通风下进行高温好氧发酵,经24天后,加入菌液的含油污泥的含油量从18.77%降至8.87%,油脱除率达到53%;加入产品污泥回流的含油量从18.77%降至10.34%,油脱除率达到45%。经发酵后,臭味完全消失。实验证明了含油污泥生物处理的可行性。 Three kinds of strains for degrading hydrocarbon had been obtained from soil polluted by crude oil, soil near wastewater outfall and processed water of the crude oil treatment plant. Mixing the strains solution and putting into the oily sludge, using sawdust and haulm as amendment and plumping agent, chicken manure as the nitrogen source, high-temperature aerobic zymolysis was carried out under forcing ventilation. After twenty four days, the oil content of oily sludge which was added the strains solution reduced from 18.77% to 8.87% ,the oil removing rate reached 53%; the oil content of oily sludge which was added the end product backflow reduced from 18.77% to 10.34%, the oil removing rate reached 45%. The fetid odor vanished after the fermentation. The results proved the feasibility of biological treatment of oily sludge.
