摘要
新整合高校提高教学质量,需要转变观念,树立竞争意识,培养社会实用型人才；需要提高教师整体水平：需要优化课程设置及提高管理者的管理水平。唯有如此,才能健康、持续、快速地发展。
To effecitvely improve the teaching quality, a newly integrated university should try to convert the traditional concpts, establish the awareness for competition, foster the practical talents, promote the overall capacity, optimize the curriculum and raise the administrating level, thus to achieve sustainable development.
