关注弱势群体,已成为党和政府当前及今后相当一段时期内的重要工作,要针对其相对被剥削感、不满情绪、自卑妥协倾向、内讧抵抗等思想特点,以社区为龙头,建立健全弱势群体的思想政治工作组织,不断理顺其思想情绪,激活其精神动力,使这一群体在思想上、经济上早日走出困境。
