摘要
入世后,中国企业在“引进来”的同时,也开始加快了“走出去”的步伐。因此,研究国际化企业跨文化管理是至关重要的。本文介绍了文化差异对企业国际化经营的影响,对文化差异的特点做了进一步分析,最后提出了企业跨文化管理的战略。
After entring into WTO. With the “coming in” of foreign enterprises, the Chinese enterprises expedite the step of “Walking out”. Therefore the research of cross-cultural management is imperative. This paper introduced the influence of cultural difference on enterprise' s international operation, analyzed the features of cultural difference, and finally put forward the strategies of enterprise' s cross-cultural management.
