摘要 永磁带轮式金属带传动是依靠安装在带轮上的稀土永磁体产生磁场以吸引金属带,并大幅度地提高金属带与磁力带轮间的摩擦力而传递运动和动力的。介绍了永磁带轮式金属带传动的结构及工作原理;建立了永磁带轮式金属带传动的力学模型;并对影响其传动特性的主要因素进行了分析。 Metal belt drive with permanent magnet (MBDPM) is a new type of mechanical transmission, in which magnetic field can be produced by the permanent magnet installed in magnetic pulley. The magnet can attract the metal belt and increase the friction force between metal belt and magnetic pulley. The structure and principle of MBDPM was introduced and its mechanical model was established. Finally, some main factors influenced transmission performance of MBDPM was analyzed. The results showed that initial tension and magnetic attraction produced the effective tension together. So, this drive possessed many advantages, such as great transmission power and transmission ratio and high efficiency.
