健康教育对提高慢性肝炎患者治疗依从性的作用

Effects of Health Education on Improvement of Compliance of Patients with CHB

目的探讨健康教育对提高慢性乙型肝炎(chron ic viral hepatitis B,CHB)患者治疗依从程度及其对疗效影响。方法对在我科确诊的患者56例随机分为实验组和对照组,通过发放CHB知识问卷调查表,制定健康教育计划。实验组采取知识讲座、发放CHB健康教育小册子等形式进行教育,对照组按常规给予指导。结果实验组对CHB知识的知晓率为97%,对照组为74%,实验组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。对医嘱的依从率实验组高于对照组,症状复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健康教育不仅可以提高患者对CHB知识认知程度,还能提高患者的依从行为,预防疾病的复发。

Objective To study the effects of health education concerning chronic hepatitis B （CHB） knowledge on improvement of compliance of patients with CHB and its therapeutic effect. Methods 56 patients diagnosed with CHB were randomly divided into experiment group and control group. The experiment group was given several health education interventions including lectures on CHB knowledge and handbook. The control group was given ordinary medical advice only. Results The knowledge about CHB mastered by patients in two groups was different. Knowledge awareness of the experiment group was 97% , significantly higher than that of the control group 74% （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The compliance rate in the experiment group was higher than that of the control group（ P 〈0.05）. The recurrent incidence of CHB symptoms in the experiment group was lower than that in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Health education could increase the rate of CHB knowledge mastered by patients and compliance of patients, as well as prevent CHB relapse.
