摘要
目的了解新护士的职业满意度及需求,加强临床规范管理。方法采用问卷法对84名新护士的职业满意度、待遇满意感、个人成就感、医护患关系、理论技能成绩、带教满意度进行调查分析。结果多数新护士对学习、工作情况及所在科室的教学质量较为满意,新护士对护理专业有较强自信心,有深造和晋升、晋级的愿望,也存在不少后顾之忧。结论在教学控制与反馈过程中狠抓环节质量的管理,对留住和培养使用人才、提高临床护理质量具有重要性。
Objective To find out job satisfaction rate and requirements of new nurses, and to strenghen clinical standard management. Methods 84 new nurses were surveyed by self - designed questionnaire including job satisfaction, remuneration satisfaction, personal achievement, doctor-nurse-patient relationship, theoretical and technical performance, and satisfaction rate of hand-by-hand teaching. Results Most of the new nurses were satisfied with the job and study environment and the teaching quality in their related departments. They expressed strong self-confidence in the profession of nursing, strong hopes for further study and promotion, and their worries as well. Conclusion In the course of teaching control and feedback, vigorous quality control has great significance in retaining and training these personnel, as well as improving clinical nursing quality.
