运用风险分析的信息,进行风险管理的定量决策是重大R&D项目风险管理理论研究的最新趋势.与之相应,出现了一些新的项目风险模型和风险管理软件,用于支持重大R&D项目风险管理的有效决策.
The latest trend of critical R＆D project risk management research is quantitative decision-making with information of risk analysis. Accordingly, there are some new risk models and risk management softwares to supports effective decision-making of risk management in critical R＆D project.
