摘要
围绕软件企业R&D活动中“控制权与剩余索取权的优化配置”这一中心问题,探讨软件企业R&D治理问题产生的原因,从员工持股、员工培训、决策参与、技术等级晋升等四个角度展开对R&D治理的理论分析与实证研究.并提出软件企业R&D治理结构与机制有待于进一步深入研究的问题.
Firstly,from the view of management,it explores the reasons of R&D management based on the central problem of control rights and residual claim rights in R&D activities of software enterprises. And then, makes a theoretical analysis and empirical research on R&D management from the angles of shares allocated to R&D workers, technical training for R&D workers, decision-participation and technique-rank systems. Finally, it refers to some questions on the R&D management structure and mechanisms that should be researched further.
