Source innovation is the key criterion for evaluating and selecting National Science Foundation projects. However, there still exists some factors which are not fit for the purpose of protecting source innovation in the evaluation of National Science Fund. It analyzes and discusses how to protect innovation idea during the evaluation of National Science Fund.
