In the information era,the elements which influence the information security of electronic archives not only include the life span of the carrier,environmental and social factors,but also contain more vital ones-the technological and managerial conditions.Therefore,we must start from strengthening people＇s consciousness of protecting the information security of electronic archives;then,establish highefficient emergency guarding mechanisms,and apply advanced internet information security technology. Still,we should conduct the whole process with scientific and standard management institution.It is also essential to creating environment-protective conditions in order to ensure the information security of electronic archives.
