小额信贷扶贫到户贴息方式改革思考——以山阳县试点工作为例

Pondering the Reform of the Way of Deducting Interest for Little Sum of Credit Loan Helping the Poor Household--Taking the Experimental Practice as an Example

扶贫信贷资金按用途分为小额到户贷款和项目贷款。为了切实发挥扶贫信贷资金的作用,商洛市根据国务院扶贫办、财政部开展扶贫到户贷款贴息方式改革试点的部署,在山阳县进行了为期一年的试点。文章初步总结了试点工作的运作情况,指出了存在的问题,并提出了针对性建议。

The helping the poor credit fund can be divided into two categories according to the usage： the little sum of loan to the household and the item loan. In order to practically display the function of the helping the poor credit fund, a one-year experimental practice has been carried out in Shanyang county by Shangluo city government .It is to conclude the practice of the experiment, list the existing problems and put forward the corresponding suggestions.
