摘要
分析举国体制产生的历史背景以及我国仍处在社会主义初级阶段的客观现实,充分论证了举国体制是中国发展竞技体育,提高运动员的运动技术水平和国际综合竞争实力,实现奥运战略目标的成功之路。指出必须坚定不移地坚持举国体制。
It analyzed the historical background of bringing out the Whole- nation System and objective condition that our country is in the elementary stage.The Whole- nation System is the successful road of developing competitive sports, improving athletes＇ level and integrated intemational ability and carrying out the Olympic object.We should stick to the Whole- nation System.
