我国篮球训练组织系统的优化配置研究

A study on optimization of our national basketball training organization system

以文献资料法、访问调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法为主要研究方法,分别从“纵向”与“横向”两个层面剖析了我国篮球训练组织结构的现状,并得出如下结论:现阶段,“体育系统”、“教育系统”、“社会系统”在篮球训练组织实施过程中存在的主要矛盾归根结底是“体制”问题,在“体制”大背景的影响下,表现为现阶段应亟待解决的“学与训”、“智与体”及“资源的合理利用”等问题。在进行大量分析与研究的基础上,提出进一步完善我国篮球训练组织系统的优化构想。

By the methods of literature, investigation , mathematical statistics , logical analysis , the paper analyzes the present situation of our national basketball training organization system crosswise and lengthways , and gets the conclusion ：at present , “P.E. system”,“ education system”,“ society system” in the progress of our national haskethall training organization system causes the contradiction mainly because of “structure” with the influence of “structure” it shows the problems should be solved just as “studying and training”,“intelligence and body” and “using resource reasonably”, Under the basis of vast analysis and careful studies , the paper put forth improving our national basketball training organization system .
