西方哲学基因eimi的跨文化移植——译名与词义

The Grafting of the Western Philosophical Gene Intra-cultures:The Translations and Senses of the Greek Word Eimi

希腊语词eimi可以视为西方文化或哲学的基因,因为后世一系列哲学形而上学的问题,甚或中国现代哲学的基本问题,皆从该词生发而来。在最近十年的学术争论中,该问题的重要性受到越来越多学者的关注,但是该问题的复杂性尚未充分显露,学者们已经提出的各种相关译名主张就是该问题的复杂性的表现。文章着力阐述eimi的跨文化移植,从译名与词义的角度列举学界已有共识,着重揭示现存分歧意见的症结所在。

The Greek word eimi could be seen in a sense as a gene of Western culture and philosophy, because all metaphysical and ontological problems in later generation, even the basic problem of Chinese contemporary philosophy, are derived from this word. In Chinese academic disputation onto this issue, lasted more than ten years, the importance of the issue has attracted much attention of more and more scholars, therefore, the complex of the issue has not been revealed. In this paper, the author puts emphasis on the grafting of the word eimi intra-cultures, liststhe Chinese translation terms of the word, reveals the crux of the divergence.
