山东盐业发展到宋金元时期,出现了全面拓展的势头。主要表现在产业规模扩大、从 业人员增多、盐场制度完备、制盐技术提高等几个方面。延续三个朝代,国家政权都在山东海滨不断开 辟新的盐场,以提高食盐产量。山东盐业的开发及其产值对于那个时代而言,具有十分重要的意义。

The dev.elopment of Shandong salt industry to the period of Song, Jing and Yuan showed the tendency of whole development. Its representations were aspects such as expanded scale, increased workers, maturity of system, high technique level and etc. It lasted three dynasties.
