Over recent ten years, the theoretical vision for study of community is becoming enlarged, and its theoretical outcome also abundant. Arising of community is the result of state＇s increasing separation from community. Community has become an organizational manifestation of the state controlling and the society management, and an important way to realizing integration of the personal relations.
