二甲双胍的应用现状调查 被引量：2

摘要 对我院2004年口服降糖药的用药频度、双胍类用药者年龄,合并缺氧状况应用的构成比,进行统计学分析。结果:双胍类药物在口服降糖药中应用频率最高,而部份高龄、合并缺氧性疾病患者也在大量使用。结论:有必要重新强调—严格掌握适应证,重视禁忌证,减少不良反应的发生。
