摘要
本文研究了特殊教育学校青年教师校本培训的方式方法,初步建立了科学的评价和考核方法,形成特殊教育学校教师校本培训的模式和体系,为特殊教育学校教师的资格认证提供必要的实践参考意见和建议。
This research is based on the practice of young teacher training in special school. This research reformed the traditional system for the young teacher raining in special school. This new special teacher - training system gives us a new way on the teacher training based on school. And it will also give some suggestion for the future certificate system of special teacher.
